Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you support?
We accept payment using PayPal, Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
I haven't received an order confirmation yet?
All successful orders will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of order completion. Please check your junk/spam folder, as confirmation emails sometimes get tagged as spam.
Please also check if the funds have been taken from the payment method you selected. If they havenāt, your order may not have come through successfully.

Preorders
How does Pre-Order work?
The process to Pre-Order an item/s is the same as normal products, however you will not be receiving your order within the normal shipping timeframe.
But not to worry! When the product is available to be shipped, you will beĀ notified of the dispatch via email and will be sent a tracking number - there is no need for you to do anything further on your end. We will ensure your order is sent to you securely and safely.
When will pre-ordered item/s be sent?
We endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as we can, however shipping may be delayed in some circumstances. ThereforeĀ the following dates areĀ estimated times only:

What is your returns policy for pre-orders?
All Pre-Order items follow the same Returns Policy as outlined in this page.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship items from Brisbane, Queensland to anywhere in Australia and internationally.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia and Australia Postās delivery partners for all international deliveries.
When will I receive my order?
This depends on whether it is an International or a Domestic order.
All orders within Australia are considered domestic orders and they are generally shipped and delivered within 3-6 business days via standard shipping. If you need your delivery quicker, you can opt for express shipping at checkout.
For International Orders, the estimated delivery times are 15-25 business days, depending on the location. Please see Australia Post forĀ updated estimatedĀ international delivery time frames.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, we will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order.
We use Australia Post, so you canĀ track your order online.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
We ship items from Australia, so deliveries outside Australia may incur customs charges and/or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we donāt have any control over these charges, we cannot cover them for you. You acknowledge that when you place an order with us you are responsible for all customs charges, duties or import taxes.
If items are refused by the customs of the country of delivery, and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct or recover any costs associated with the return, from you.
What if my item hasn't arrived yet?
If you have received confirmation your order has been dispatched, please check the delivery statusĀ on the Australia Post website. Alternatively, you can contact Australia Post on 137 678 and they will help you.
If you havenāt received your order dispatch confirmation pleaseĀ contact usĀ and we will look into this for you.
What happens if my item is returned to sender?
If your order is āReturn to Senderā for any reason, we will charge you an additional cost to resend your items to you. If you are within Australia the additional cost will be $20.00 and if you are based internationally the additional cost will be $35.00.
